Property access, coordinated

The door already knows who’s coming.

EntryBadge is an agent with a human lock. It coordinates vendors, schedules and insurance for every property you run. A person approves every visit. Contractors get a sealed entry badge by text, guards verify it at a glance, and every step is on the record.

How a visit runs

From request to record, without a single phone call.

Today, a property manager relays every visit between vendors, security and building staff. EntryBadge carries the visit from the first request to the last checkpoint, and everyone sees the same truth.

  1. 01 · Request

    Someone asks, once.

A tenant, a vendor or your own team requests a visit: who is coming, where, when and why. One request carries all of it, so nobody has to relay anything by phone.

  2. 02 · Coordinate

    Atlas does the legwork.

The agent checks the vendor's insurance, finds a window that works for the access area, lines up security and prepares the decision. It explains what it found and what it could not confirm.

  3. 03 · Approve

    A person turns the key.

Nothing is granted until someone with the right permission approves it. Atlas can prepare a hundred visits; it cannot approve one.

  4. 04 · Deliver

    The badge arrives by text.

The contractor gets a secure entry badge by SMS. No app, no account, no password. It is valid only for that property, that area and that window.

  5. 05 · Verify

The guard knows at a glance.

Guards see who is expected today. At the door, the badge's seal is compared with the one on record: a match is obvious, and so is a forgery.

  6. 06 · Record

    Every step leaves a record.

Who requested, who approved, who entered, and when. Each checkpoint is written to the audit trail as it happens, so the answer to “who was there?” is always one search away.

The human lock

An agent with a human lock.

Atlas prepares the work: approvals, badges for many properties at once, schedules and follow-ups. It never approves anything itself. Try it: the plan below changes nothing until you press the key.

Nothing has changed yet. One approval runs the whole plan.

A demonstration. Nothing is sent or saved.

  • The system prepares

Atlas reads live, permission-scoped data and arrives with the decision ready: what it checked, what it found and what it could not confirm.

  • The person decides

A work plan holds up to twenty changes behind one signed approval. You can never grant a permission you do not hold yourself.

  • Nothing is silently retried

Changes run three at a time and are never retried behind your back. Afterwards, EntryBadge says exactly what happened.

Atlas

Every property on one living map.

Whether you run three buildings or fifty, Atlas shows where people are expected, what is waiting for you and what happens next, before anyone reaches the door.

Everyone in the loop

One visit. Five people who finally agree.

  • Property managers

Approve or decline in one place, across every property, with the context already gathered.

  • Vendors

Schedule their own visits where they are approved, and keep their insurance current without chasing anyone.

  • Tenants

Request visits and badges for their space, and see when they are approved.

  • Guards

Know who is expected today, verify badges at a glance and are never caught off guard.

  • Contractors

Receive a badge by text. No app to install and no account to create.

Proof of control

Control you can read.

Every decision runs through the same permissions and business rules, and leaves a trace you can follow step by step.

  • Permissions, not job titlesEach operation is gated by a named permission, scoped to the properties and access areas a person actually covers.
  • Insurance watched for youVendors are warned 30, 14 and 7 days before a certificate lapses. When it lapses, approvals that rest on it are withdrawn.
  • Badges expire on their ownStale visits and badges are expired on a schedule, so an old link never opens a door.
  • Support is attributed tooIf our team ever acts inside your organization to help, the audit trail says so, by name.
